    All prices , shipping , restock fees and terms & conditions are subject to change at any time by the manufacturer 

    Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm 

    ORDERS DO NOT PROCESS AT NIGHT OR SATURDAY / SUNDAY 

    We are CLOSED on national holidays as well as General Motors , orders do NOT process on these days 

    All orders will be processed during these times 

    Anything outside of these times will be processed next business day . Shipping time frames are estimates and NOT exact as OEM delays and carriers delays are out of out control

    NO ORDERS PROCESS ON WEEKENDS Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will NO process until Monday during normal business hours

    Local pickup orders require 48 hours to process. Some parts need to be transferred. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up. If you come before receiving the email, your order will not be ready. We will not stop to process the order. Please wait for email notification.  

    Because of the constant changing parts environment with manufactures we are not responsible for any catalog errors and / or pricing changes from the manufacturer . 

    Binding Transaction, Chargeback Liability, and Collection Rights

    By placing an order and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and affirm that you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Malouf Auto Group, doing business as MaloufPartsXperts (“Seller”). You personally guarantee payment of all amounts due and owing in connection with this transaction and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

    You agree that any order that has been paid for, shipped, and confirmed as delivered—including delivery confirmation by carrier, signature confirmation, photographic evidence, or tracking data—shall constitute full performance by Seller and shall be deemed final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in Seller’s written return policy.

    Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    You expressly agree not to initiate or pursue a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute for any transaction in which the product has been shipped and delivered. Under applicable credit card network rules (including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), delivery confirmation constitutes valid proof of fulfillment.

    Any chargeback or dispute filed without first returning the product to Seller shall be deemed a material breach of this agreement and may constitute fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

    Legal Action and Collection Costs

    In the event a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal is filed for a delivered order and the product is not returned to Seller in its original condition, Seller reserves the unrestricted right to pursue all legal and equitable remedies, including but not limited to:

    • Civil litigation

    • Debt collection proceedings

    • Reporting to credit agencies where permitted by law

    You agree to be liable for the full transaction amount, plus all costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees, court costs, filing fees, administrative expenses, and third-party collection fees. Such additional costs may total up to thirty-five percent (35%) of the amount owed, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

    Authorization to Use Personal and Financial Information

    You authorize Seller to retain and use any personal, identifying, transactional, and financial information you provide—including billing information, shipping details, IP address data, and order records—for the purposes of:

    • Payment processing

    • Fraud prevention

    • Chargeback rebuttal

    • Lawful debt recovery and enforcement of this agreement

    This authorization survives the completion of the transaction and any attempted chargeback or dispute.

    ANY PARTS ORDERED FOR A VEHICLE THAT ARE MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES FROM THE ORIGINAL FACTORY BUILD WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE
